Fall Harvest Packs
We are fortunate to partner with Gateway Farm, right here locally in Plymouth to be able to provide Fall Harvest Packs to the community. Here are the details:
We will have 150 packs each Friday through 11-22-24 to give away to Plymouth-Canton Community Members!
- What's Inside the Box: Fall Harvest produce, Farmer's Market Sweet Crackers with a QR code to a digital farmer's market enrichment magazine, and a Gateway Farm handout.
- Dates: Fridays, now through November 22, 2024
- Time: 4-6pm
- Where: Discovery Middle School
Drive through pick up (weather permitting). Walk up service during inclement weather.
First come first serve. Limited supply available.
MICHIGAN SCHOOL MEALS PROGRAM 2024-25
GREAT NEWS for the 2024-25 School Year! The Free Meals program will continue for the 2024-25 school year. Students can receive a healthy nutritious Breakfast and Lunch Daily at no charge.
NEWS POSTED July 10, 2024 - LANSING, Mich. – Today, Governor Whitmer announced the newly passed education budget for next school year will continue providing universally-free breakfast and lunch to Michigan’s 1.4 million public school students throughout the school year.
THE IMPORTANCE OF THE EDUCATION AND NUTRITION BENEFITS APPLICATION (Formerly Free & Reduced)
Families are highly encouraged to complete the Education and Nutrition Benefits application.
Families that receive an approved eligibility for the Education and Nutrition Benefits are eligible for additional benefits:
- Standardized testing discounts
- Discounts for PAY TO PLAY
- College application discounts
- Discounted access for Computer WIFI
- Discounts for Chromebook Insurance

BREAKFAST - FUEL YOUR DAY THE SMART WAY!
The School Breakfast Program is available to all students every weekday morning. School breakfast makes sense - it provides 25% of your child's daily nutritional needs and meets dietary guidelines and recommendations.
Breakfast Served Daily:
Check with your school for the time and location of breakfast.
All P-CCS students qualify to receive a breakfast at no charge daily due to the Michigan School Meals Program for the 2024-25 school year.
We're Hiring!
Applications are available online now for several Aide and Sub positions.
Aides-Are assigned at one location and work a set number of hours each school day.
Subs-Are contacted to sub when there is a school that needs staff for the day. Subs have a more flexible day to day schedule.
