C.E.P. Education Benefits Forms or Traditional Education and Nutrition Benefits Applications (Free and Reduced)

Many of our schools have qualified as Community Eligibility Provision (CEP).  This means that if your student(s) attend a CEP school, a slightly different application/form may be used in place of the traditional Education & Nutrition Benefits Application (Formerly Free & Reduced).   Please use this WHICH FORM SHOULD I FILL OUT? link to determine which form is right for your family.  The form does have the direct links to the proper application based on where your child(ren) attends at the bottom of the columns.

We encourage ALL families to submit applications.  This helps state and federal agencies determine if our schools are eligible for extra funding and grants based on the data collected.

Families that qualify for a free or reduced eligibility may receive discounts for pay to play, access for computer WIFI, college application fees and standardized testing fees.
