School Year: September 2024 - June 2025

The kindergarten readiness preschool classes offer an inquiry-based learning program where children will explore and discover. These classes are designed to offer developmentally appropriate instruction throughout the class time. 

• Children must be 4 years old by September 1, 2024

Four year old programming is designed for students who turn 4 by September 1st of each school year.  This is to coincide with kindergarten eligibility.  We are able to accept students who turn 4 up to December 1st but please be aware that families will be asked to sign a "late birthday" waiver when moving to kindergarten, providing anecdotal information regarding their child's readiness for kindergarten.  The kindergarten September 1st and December 1st (with waiver) cutoff dates are mandated by the state of Michigan; the district does not have the ability to make exceptions.

• Children must be fully toilet-trained (independent in restrooms outside of your home)
• Classes meet from September to early June
• 20 preschool students per two staff members (ratio 10:1)

   

Class Options and Tuition Rates

 4 Year Old HALF DAY 24/25 $468 per month

• Morning or afternoon sessions
• 4 days per week (Monday through Thursday)
• 3 hours per day

4 Year Old School Day 24/25 $742 per month

• 4 days per week (Monday through Thursday)
• 8:15am-3:15pm

GSRP (state funded)

• Children must be 4 years old by September 1, 2024

The GSRP preschool enrollment considers all children who will be 4 years of age on or before September 1 of the current school year.  Students who turn 4 years of age between September 2 and December 1 may be enrolled after September 1, pending available space.

• School Days 8:15 am - 3:15 pm Monday - Thursday
• Must complete a screening appointment
• Openings assigned based on need prioritization after screening appointment
