We hope you can attend our Council meetings. We have by-laws and operating procedures in place.  Many Workman parents are eager to be involved and helpful to our school. We will welcome any level of commitment you can make to support the activities of this group.

The group is organized around a council concept with chairpersons of individual committees responsible for the work of their group and for reporting to the council at large. There will not be any elected officers for the council with the possible exception of a Treasurer.

At this time, parents have volunteered to work on the following committees.

• Fundraising
• Family activities, including Movie Night
• Newsletters
• Fifth grade graduation
• Staff appreciation activities
• Spirit wear
• Habitat Development
• School Council Representative
• School Pictures

If you have any interest in any of these committees at this time, please contact Cori Johnson by phone or email. She will put you in touch with people who have already volunteered to work on activities related to these committees. If you have an interest in something that doesn't appear on this list, please contact Mrs. Johnson about how to start a new committee.
