We often get questions asking "How do I sign up for sports?"  The simple answer is: 

1. A current sports physical signed by a physician, and dated April 15, 2024 or later. 

2. Show up to the first practice.  Sports schedules can be found here  on the Middle School Athletics page. 

Coaches for each sport may schedule informational meetings or have "signups" but if those are missed, please see numbers 1 and 2 above.

Please note that if a health appraisal form is turned in, this is NOT a sports physical.  You can get a copy of the sports physical here on the sports physical page.

Pay-to-Participate fees will again be in place for middle school athletics during the 2024-25 school year.  The fees will be as follows and are paid through RevTrak on theMiddle School Athletics page.

• 7th & 8th Grade……..$200.00 for first sport.  Additional sports are free

• 6th Grade…………….$125.00 for Cross Country.  Additional sports are free

• Pay-to-Participate fees are waived for students on Free & Reduced Lunch

• MS Pay-to-Participate Cap - $400.00 per family

• PCCS Pay-to-Participate Cap - $880.00 per family

Gate fees will remain in effect for the 2024-2025 school year as follows:

• $2.00 for adults

• $1.00 for students
